1. Can I print my original photo?
Yes. Choose our Original Photo Canvas Print to keep your photo’s original look. We’ll show you any proposed cropping before printing.
2. What photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, well-lit JPG, PNG or WebP photo of one pet. Make sure the face and ears are visible. Please avoid screenshots, heavy filters and blurry photos.
3. Will I see a preview before printing?
Yes. We’ll send you a personalized preview for approval. Printing begins after you approve it.
4. When will my canvas arrive?
We email your preview first. Production begins after you approve the design and we submit it for printing, typically taking 24–48 hours. Shipping normally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Preview and revision time is separate. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Does the canvas include a frame?
Your canvas is stretched over an internal wooden frame. A decorative outer frame is not included.
